After my blog was featured on Smashing Magazine and Mashable, my inbox started getting clogged with people asking me for advice on how to write.

Most of them weren't trained copywriters or advertising professionals, they were small business owners or journalists looking to switch careers. Because I couldn't possibly answer all their questions, I decided to write a beginner's guide to copywriting and give it away for free.
